Prana Yoga Studio

Prana Yoga Studio in Edmonton offers a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program.
This Friday, March 31st, Isabelle Addison will be teaching a class.
Prana is also proud of their current Yoga Teacher Training group who recently started their teaching practicums.
A Summer Yoga Teacher Training Intensive begins July 10 and there are free classes and info sessions on April 24th and May 31st to learn more.
On Saturday April 15th, Sarah Dawn and Tania Vazquez will lead a 2 hour workshop exploring yoga postures and backbends.
Sunday afternoons feature community based yoga classes taught by Prana’s YTT graduates, which are half price for the public and free for members.
All proceeds go to the charity of the month.
