YO YOGA

YO YOGA offers yoga and mindfulness classes for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and kids.
Each class features new themes with interactive songs, games, and props.
Classes are led by an experienced elementary school teacher with multiple certifications.
Parents have expressed positive feedback about the creative, dynamic classes and how their children are engaged and learning postures and breathing techniques that they take outside of class.
YO YOGA also offers toddler yoga (2-4 years old) and kids camps (5-10 years old).
The founder Nallely is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, a 95hr Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, Growing Up Mindful certified, and an experienced elementary school teacher.
She provides dynamic and interactive classes to help families feel their best.
