Atma Yoga Canada is located in Edmonton, offering special events and registered classes for all types of yoga.
The founder began their yoga practice 15 years ago with a Rodney Yee beginner VHS tape.
Through injuries, they found contentment, curiosity and courage through the hundreds of hours spent on the mat.
Yoga has been beneficial to them in helping with anxiety and depression, as well as strengthening their body efficiently.
Frances Plane, 200 RYT and PhD, first tried yoga in high school gym class to avoid playing hockey in the rain, but was captivated and has practised ever since.
It has had a positive impact on her life, providing physical strength and flexibility, calmness and clarity of thought, and building resilience and confidence.
Nallely is also a Registered Yoga Teacher who loves to pass on her love and enjoyment of yoga and help people discover its fun and benefits.
