Their mission is to inspire health, happiness and success both on and off the mat.
The founder of Navina Yoga was initially drawn to the physical aspects of yoga, but soon realized its deeper potential.
After travelling the world to explore other cultures’ integration of yoga, they returned home and noticed the immense amount of stress North Americans create for themselves that leads to sickness.
Navina Yoga provides a safe space that encourages self-care and can be a catalyst for creating anything desired in life.
The goal is to spread as much health, happiness and success through yoga as possible.
