Metta Yoga

Metta Yoga Edmonton South is offering a 6 week Prenatal Yoga experience to enhance the connection with babies and to embrace the changes in the body.
It costs $120 +GST (pre-register for all 6 weeks) or $22 +GST (drop-in cost).
Additionally, they offer kids yoga classes providing a safe environment for children to develop their self-awareness and creative expression.
On Fridays, there is a ‘by donation’ class with a minimum $12 donation which goes towards a local charity each month.
The studio also provides an inclusive space and virtual platform for students to explore their own yoga with accessible sequences and education.
Karma yoga classes are held weekly with proceeds going back into the community.
Class passes and memberships are available with GST added at time of purchase.
All class cards have a 2 year expiry from date of purchase.
