SUN YOGA Edmonton

Sun Yoga Edmonton is dedicated to spreading peace, health and wellness through traditional yoga.
All ages and levels are welcome to the center to learn about how yoga can help maintain physical, mental and spiritual balance.
The studio has a calming energy and instructors provide gentle guidance for learning and personal growth.
Sun Yoga has been serving the community for nine years.
The staff includes Manisha Mehta (Founder and Teacher), Kat McLean (Manager and Teacher), Terri Jones (Teacher), Isabelle Chatelaine (Teacher) and Jeanette Ward (Teacher).
Traditional yoga classes comprise of slow paced asanas, breathwork, chakra focus, mantras and mudras.
